The process of booking a celebrant for your ceremony:

1. Initial interest shown by a client contacting Iris Rose Ceremonies.

2. Booking form of key information completed and returned.

3. Meeting organised to discuss the ceremony.

4. Client’s paperwork completed and deposit paid.

5. Ceremony written and planned.

6. Balance to be paid.

7. Ceremony rehearsal (if required).

8. Ceremony!

  ENQUIRYOnce an enquiry has been made, a booking form must be completed and the date will be held for up to 7 days where a deposit will need to be paid in order to secure the booking.  7 days
  DEPOSIT  A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking.    £100
  PAYMENT  The balance for services agreed must be paid for at least 1 month before the event.    I month
  IMAGES  This contract serves as a release for any photographic likeness taken by Iris Rose Ceremonies to be used in print or electronically for promotional purposes and guarantees they will not be intentionally exploited in any way. Permission is requested at booking stage and this can be withdrawn at any point. You are under no obligation to grant permission for us to use images taken at your event.      –
  LEGAL MARRIAGEIn order to formalise the marriage legally you must register this at the registry office.  At any time
          GDPR  We are committed to protecting your privacy and promise only to use information collected about you to administer your account and to provide you with the goods services that you have requested from us.  The information you give will only be used to process any good or services you have requested or purchased from us. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. At no time will any information gained about you be passed on to any third-party without your explicit consent in writing. The only exception to this is when required by law. All documents will be kept securely. All financial information will be kept for 7 years.            –
  CONFIDENTIALITY  All correspondence and documentation (in respect of our services) including ceremony examples provided must be kept confidential both before and after your event. Such information may only be shared with our written consent.  –
  CANCELLATION POLICY  If you choose to cancel after the statutory 14 days period you will be charged a proportion of the celebrant’s fee. This will be explained during booking.  –
  INSURANCE & UNAVAILABILITY  Iris Rose Ceremonies is fully covered by professional liability insurance:   If on the day, we are not able to attend your ceremony, we will organise a substitute celebrant at no extra cost to you.  –
  TRAVELExpenses for travel may be added to your package if out of area. All expenses will be presented before final payment and all parties must agree.  –  
  EXPENSES  Expenses for accommodation may be added to your package if required. All expenses will be presented before final payment and all parties must agree.  –
